E-Management is a new state of the art Point Of Sale Systemm featuring a high-tech automated Backend control system. Not only does E-Management take care of every day cash and EFTPOS sales to the customer standing at the counter, E-Management monitors and controls your customers accounts. While sales are taking place, E-Management is recording all transactions for use in its versitile reporting suite.
Every sale processed will update stock quantities maintaining a continous live picture of the stock situation.

One of the key advantages with E-Management is both the backend and POS run from the web. This means that a single workstation can do the job that usually takes a minimum of two machines! Of course, you can access the backend and reporting from anywhere you can access the internet assuming you have the usernames and passwords! This allows you to monitor whats going on back home while you are on holiday on the other side of the world in real time!

Credit account customers have the current order charged to their account. The automated invoicing at the end of the month will generate pdf invoices for all of your customer credit accounts, attach them to an email and send them off, all at the touch of one button!

Invoice accounts will, on completion of a sale, generate a email in seconds, which can be both printed or emailed to the customer.

Accounts can be acceses by Naming the account, swiping the barcoded ID card or barcoded keytag. (all generatable through E-Managament directly as the customer waits) For security and peace of mind for the customer, validations is either by signing a docket which is retained by you or entering a pre-defined PIN number. On accessing a account, the 'accounts image' is displayed we recomend this is of the user of the account so identity can be confirmed by this also.

Products can only be added and edited by Users with the correct priveleges. With the correct priveleges, every aspect can be configured with the product. Barcode, Name, Description, Price, Cost, Image, Stock to use, Stock Quantity to use, If there should be a button for it on the dashboard, bonus loyalty points, if product is contains GST...

Products can have 'alterations' ie a 'A4 photocopy' is a click on the machines counter, an alteration would be 'A4 paper', or 'A4 card' Changing these options effects the price as defined. Default options can also be set.

Products can have price breaks, this is where 1-5 cost $1.00ea, 6-10 cost $0.85ea, 10+ cost $0.70ea.. The number of price breaks is unlimited.

E-Management takes care of monitoring all your stock, it is highly configuable to allow you to specify when each stock should be ordered, the max/min in quantity to hold, if the order can be placed automatically or if confirmation is required, and the priority of the re-order.

E-Management offers a advanced range of reporting to analyse your business. (left a report for a machine indicating how it is performing.)
Reports can also be generated as standard for:

• Staff Performance (sale quantity/value, discounts given..)
• Products sold
• Full Profit Loss reports

E-Management also features a Graphing system allowing you to plot multiple data fields on top of each other on one graph ie cost and total sales. This can be in eithe bar or line graph format. Graphs are configurable right down to the date ranges that they cover.
